I already bought a lot of stuff from China sites and never had problems (only one, from an aliexpress seller, that was defective, and they refunded my money within 10 days…)
For an idea, I bought suff on FP up to U$ 470 and everything fine
On Buyincoins I made an U$ 1025 order (to resell), things were fine too
I purchased an I pad 2 case from Focalprice for $32.66 through Paypal on 12/8/11. It never arrived. Have received no replies from their Email address despite sending them a number of requests. Obviously a scam company and would never deal with them again. As I waited for item to arrive exceeded time limit to complain to Paypal. It’s a shame because I have purchased other items from China wihout any trouble so now probably buy from there anymore. You would think Paypal would keep up to date with SCAM companies and not deal with them.

Focalprice is joke of a company and is a complete scam i bought a high powered $ 60 led torch from them i receved the torch and it was poorly packaged and broken on arrival so i tried to fill in a RMA but insteed of letting me return the torch the guy i was dealing with proceeded to keep sending me email after email 6 in total asking all sorts stupid questions about the flashlight all of which i answered in my first RMA email. I relized that they were just giving me the run around so in my last email to them i told them exacly what i thought about them and there USELESS PIECE OF SHIT RIPOFF SCAM COMPANY u might get away with buying cheap crap stuff of them for a while but if u ever have to deal with there customer service you will be in for a treat. Dont buy from focalprice
I have been buying from three Asian Companies now for over2 years now & FocalPrice is one of them. Their company is definately not a “Scam” & as for “Customer Service” well I have never had a problem. You have to be patient & wait for replies as it’s not like sending an email to a friend who in most cases replies within a shot period of time. These are businesses that open & close just like any here but there is a time difference & you need to understand that. As for replies & the questions they might ask you in them… well we are very fortunate to be able to speak & understand English….it’s not an easy language to learn properly, you try & decipher correspondence in Chinese even if you have been taught a little …I’ts not that simple.
